We provide pre-contract information and identify the provider for informed choice in line with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

2. Booking and scheduling

• Bookings are requested via the landing experience and are confirmed according to availability and our confirmation process.
• You must provide accurate contact information so we can confirm your reservation and reach you if needed.
• If you arrive late, the session time may be reduced to respect the schedule; remaining time may not be transferable.

3. Pricing, inclusions, and service description

Prices shown at booking may depend on the selected service and time slot. Inclusions (what is included in your session) are described at the time of booking. If any part is unclear, contact us before confirming your booking.

For distance/e-contracting, we provide required pre-contract information in a clear and understandable way, including general information sufficient to identify the business, in line with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may request rescheduling/cancellation based on availability and our operational rules. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• If you cancel or reschedule close to the appointment time, availability for an alternative slot may be limited.
• If you no-show, we may treat the booking as forfeited, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us.

Where required by consumer protection rules, we will act reasonably and provide information about rights and mechanisms for protection, in line with Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

5. Health and safety

Hammam & SPA services involve heat, water, and bodily care. You are responsible for ensuring the service is appropriate for your health condition. Inform us of relevant limitations (e.g., medical conditions) before the session. We may refuse service when necessary for safety and/or to protect other guests.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not provide false information during booking.
• Do not disrupt other guests or staff.
• Follow on-site staff instructions regarding hygiene, safety, and facility access.

7. Liability and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krylonixon.com is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow instructions, arrive on time, disclose relevant health information, or use the service improperly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Consumer rights and dispute handling

If you have a complaint or dispute related to the services, contact us with details so we can review the matter. We encourage you to provide your booking information, date/time, and a description of the issue.

Information provided to consumers about goods/services must be provided in the Ukrainian state language (with possible duplication). Our landing page content is intended to be available in Ukrainian alongside English for users targeting Ukraine, in line with Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної».

10. Electronic communications and technologies

If we use electronic communications technologies regulated by Ukrainian law, we will comply with applicable consent and requirements for placing or using technologies on user equipment, in line with Про електронні комунікації | від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
